Dear Committee Members:
This letter is written to inform you of the Bayfield County Executive Committee
Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 12, 2006 at 2:00 p.m., in the
County Board Room, Bayfield County Courthouse, Washburn, Wisconsin. Please
note the agenda for the meeting is as follows:
AGENDA
1. Call to Order;
2. Motion Regarding Minutes of the August 15, 2006 Executive
Committee Meeting;
3. Discussion and Possible Action regarding Northern Lights Bonding
Issue-Gene Jordan.
4. Discussion & Possible Action regarding Budget planning and committee
oversight review of budget requests.
5. Reports:
• Health Insurance Update: May Utilization
• Financial Update
6. Tour of Courtroom and Court offices will be held at approximately
5:00pm.

7. The committee may enter in and out of Executive Session pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(c, e, g) to approve the minutes of the
July 18, 2006 Executive Session, discuss personnel issues, and review
potential litigation issue.
