This letter is written to inform you of the Bayfield County Executive Committee
Meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2009 at 4:00 pm., at the Emergency
Operations Center (EOC), Bayfield County Annex Building, Washburn, WI. Please
note the agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Call to Order;
2. Discussion & Possible Action Regarding Minutes of the April 2, 2009
meeting.
3. Discussion & Possible Action Regarding Creation of New Positions;
District Attorney, Land Records and Clerk of Court Offices.
4. Discussion & Possible Action Regarding modification to 2004 Request
and Agreement to construct on the Railroad Grade, Town of Cable.
5. Discussion and Possible Action on capital improvement expenditures
a. Web mapping RFP in Land Records
b. Dictaphone replacement RFP in Sheriff’s Office
6. Discussion and Possible Action on Corp. Counsel RFP and Banking RFP.
7. Discussion and Possible Action on Wind Vane Planning Grants.

10. The committee may enter in and out of Executive Session pursuant to
Wis Statutes §19.85(1)(c)(e)(g) to approve executive session minutes
of the March 12, 2009 meeting, discussion & possible action regarding
litigation the county is or anticipates being involved in, discuss
personnel issues including: grievances, performance and employment
data and bargaining strategy.
