This letter is written to inform you of the Bayfield County Executive Committee
Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, 2009 at 4:00 pm., at the
Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Bayfield County Annex Building, Washburn,
WI. Please note the agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Call to Order;
2. Discussion & Possible Action Regarding Minutes of the May 14, 2009
meeting.
3. Discussion and Possible Action, Register of Deeds FIDLAR hosting of
recorded maps. Patti Olson, Scott Galetka.
4. Discussion and Possible Action regarding animal control services for
the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa.
5. 2009 Budget Amendments Discussion and possible action.
6. Discussion and Possible Action on Declaration of Emergency process
and procedure.

12. The committee may enter in and out of Executive Session pursuant to
Wis Statutes §19.85(1)(c)(e)(g) to approve executive session minutes
of the May 14, 2009 meeting, discussion & possible action regarding
litigation the county is or anticipates being involved in, discuss
personnel issues including: grievances, performance and employment
data and bargaining strategy.
