Rondeau (Chairman) Dee Kittleson Harold Maki Dear Committee Members: This letter is written to inform you of the Bayfield County Executive Committee Meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 10, 2016, 4:00pm, at the Emergency Operations Center ( EOC) Bayfield County Annex Building, Washburn, WI. The agenda for this meeting is as follows: Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Bayfield County Board may be present at the meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. This constitutes a meeting of the Bayfield County Board pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v.Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W.2d 408(1993), and must be noticed as such, although the County Board will not take any formal action at this meeting. AGENDA 1. Call to Order: 2. Public Comment: 3 minutes 3. Approval of Minutes of February 11, 2016. 4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Northern Lights Management and Licensure Agreement. 5. Discussion and Possible Action on Establishing an AD HOC committee to prepare a Fraud Prevention Policy for Bayfield County and to appoint a member of the Executive Committee to this Committee. 7. Discussion and Possible Action on Cable Junior National Olympic Event financial contribution. 8. Discussion and possible action on the Green Tier initiatives as presented by Wisconsin Counties Association. 9. Discussion and Possible action on the PACE initiative as presented by Wisconsin Counties Association. 10. Discussion and Possible Action regarding Bayfield County Business Park Planning Committee, addition of Alternate Member. 11. Reports: a. Bayfield Electric Solar Share Purchase b. End of February 2016 Financial and Cash Report. c. 2015 Final Budget d. Investment updates e. April 19 Reorganization Meeting Plans f. Superior Days Meeting Issue Follow-up 12. The committee may enter in and out of closed session pursuant to Wis. Statutes 19.85(1) (c) to approve Minutes of January 14, 2016 and 19.85(1)(g) to review information from legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
