Dear Committee Members:
This letter is written to inform you of a Bayfield County Personnel Committee
Meeting scheduled for Friday, October 28, 2005 at 8:30am, in the County Board
Room, Bayfield County Courthouse, Washburn, Wisconsin. Negotiations with the
collective bargaining units will begin at 10:00am. The agenda for this meeting is as
follows:
AGENDA
1. Call to Order;
2. Motion Regarding Minutes of the September 30, 2005 Personnel Committee
Meeting;
3. Discussion regarding non-represented employee wage increases, percent –vs-
lump sum.
4. The committee may enter in and out of Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin
Statutes §19.85(1)(c,e,g) for the purpose of:
a. Discussing negotiation strategy for collective bargaining unit contracts.
b. Negotiation discussions between the County and union representatives
regarding the topic of Health Reimbursement Accounts.

c. Review proposed side letters with AFSCME union.
d. Discussion regarding Sheriff’s Department Uniform allowance.
e. Personnel Issue Update.
