Negotiations with AFSCME Local 1731 will begin at 9:30am. The agenda for this meeting is as follows: AGENDA 1. Call to Order; 2. Approval of minutes of the June 3, 2009 Personnel Committee Meeting 3. Collective bargaining negotiations with AFSCME Local 1731. 4. Reports: a. Position Vacancies and Advertisements b. Health Utilization Report c. Wellness program update 5. The committee may enter in and out of Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(c,e) for the purpose of discussion and possible action regarding: a. Executive Session minutes of the June 3, 2009 Personnel Committee. b. Employee performance/disciplinary issues c. Grievances d. Reclassification requests e. Union contract negotiation strategy.
