This letter is written to inform you of a Bayfield County Personnel Committee
Meeting scheduled for, Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 8:30 am, in the
Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Bayfield County Annex Building, Washburn,
Wisconsin. The agenda for this meeting is as follows:
AGENDA
1. Call to Order;
2. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Minutes of the October 21 Personnel
Committee meeting.
3. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Exercise Equipment
4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Volunteer Policy
5. The committee may enter in and out of Executive Session pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(a, c, e, g) for the purpose of:
a) Approve Executive Session minutes of the October 21 Personnel Committee
meeting.
b) Union contract negotiation strategy for Teamsters Local 346.
c) Discussion/possible action regarding employee performance and disciplinary
issues.
d) Discussion and possible action on Lawrence grievance
6. Union contract negotiations with Teamsters Local 346.
