This letter is written to inform you of a Bayfield County Personnel Committee
Meeting scheduled for, Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 4:00 pm, in the
Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Bayfield County Annex Building, Washburn,
Wisconsin. The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

1. Call to Order;
2. Approval of minutes of the September 1, 2011 Personnel Committee meeting.
3. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Health Insurance Proposals and
Presentations.
4. Report on Transition Committee progress.
5. Staffing Review and Prioritization Plan.
6. Department Staffing Update:
a. Jail Sergeant, Mike Peterson
b. ADRC Social Worker, Stefanie Scribbins
c. Veteran’s Service Officer, Nancy Brede
d. Full-Time Jailers, Amanda Bresette, Luke Kleczka
e. Part-time Jailer, Tim Hanson
f. Part-time Civilian Communications Operator
g. Part-Time Cook

7. The committee may enter in and out of Executive Session pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(c, e, f, i) for the purpose of:
a) Discussion and possible action regarding approval of Executive Session
Minutes of the September 1, 2011 Personnel Committee meeting.
b) Discussion and Possible Action regarding Health Insurance Proposals.
c) Discussion and Possible Action related to employment arbitration.
8. Adjournment.
