The agenda for this meeting is as follows: AGENDA 1. Approval of minutes of the March 7 and March 11, 2013 Personnel Committee meetings. 2. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Wage Study, Sections F-I, establishing Philosophy and Base Compensation Administration. 3. Discussion and Possible Action on Personnel Manual Modifications. 4. The committee may enter in and out of closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(c, e, f, g) for Discussion and Possible Action Regarding: a. Compensation of county employees over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility b. Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par.
