This letter is written to inform you of a Bayfield County Personnel Committee
Meeting scheduled for, Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 2:00pm, in the
Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Bayfield County Annex, Washburn,
Wisconsin. The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

2. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Wage Study
a. Health Department Internal Equity Analysis
b. Human Services Internal Equity Analysis
c. Calendar
3. 2014 Personnel Budget Discussion
4. Report on IRS Guidance Regarding Qualifications for Fringe Benefits
5. The committee may enter in and out of closed session pursuant to Wisconsin
Statutes §19.85(1)(c, e) for Discussion and Possible Action Regarding approval
of closed session minutes of August 1, 2013, discussion regarding employee
compensation and union negotiation strategy for negotiations with WPPA Local
216.
