The agenda for this meeting is as follows: AGENDA 1. Approval of minutes of the October 30, 2013 Personnel Committee meeting. 2. 2014 Base Wage Negotiations with AFSCME Local 1731 3. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Wellness Initiatives for 2014/2015 4. Discussion and Possible Action on updated Safety Manual 5. Discussion and Possible Action on Wage Study 6. Personnel Budget Review as of 10/31/13. 2014 Personnel Budget 7. The committee may enter in and out of closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(c, e) for Discussion and Possible Action Regarding approval of closed session minutes of October 30, 2013, discussion regarding employee compensation, and union negotiation strategy for AFSCME, WPPA and Teamster Bargaining Units.
