Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Bayfield County Board may be present at the meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. This constitutes a meeting of the Bayfield County Board pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v.Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W.2d 408(1993), and must be noticed as such, although the County Board will not take any formal action at this meeting. AGENDA 1. Election of Chair and Vice Chair 2. Approval of minutes of the April 3, 2014 Personnel Committee meeting. 3. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Health Insurance Policy: Health Insurance consultant and Security Health representatives will be present. a. Affordable Care Act Plan; implications and rationale of offering additional plans b. Retiree Plan, Vesting and Policy Options c. Modification of county policy regarding part time eligibility for health insurance. d. 2015 Goals: No Increase / As close to existing coverage as possible / Changes that might be considered to achieve this. e. Self-Insurance Options f. Timeline: Health Insurance for 2015 4. Discussion and Action Regarding Wage Schedule for Part-Time Deputy Sheriffs. 5. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding new Social Worker Wages 6. Employee Status Updates across departments • Highway: Summer Help • Tourism: Summer Fairgrounds Help 7. The committee may enter in and out of closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(c, e) for Discussion and Possible Action Regarding: a. Approval of closed session minutes of April 3, 2014. b. Teamster Union Negotiations Update c. Employee specific performance issues. 8. Adjourn.
