The agenda for this meeting is as follows: Agenda (amended) 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of the November 6th Meeting Minutes. 3. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 4. Monthly Financial Report. a) Forestry b) Parks 5. Recreational Use Request: Bayfield Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to utilize trails located in the Towns of Bayfield and Bayview for the 18th annual Apostle Islands Sled Dog Race. The event would take place on February 2 & 3, 2013. 6. Recreational Use Request: Mt. Borah Foundation, LLC. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to utilize trails located in the Town of Cable for a mountain bike race. The event would take place on June 8, 2013. 7. Recreational Use Request: Chequamegon Fat Tire Festival. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to utilize trails located in the Town of Cable for the 31st annual mountain bike racing events. The events would take place September 13-15, 2013. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to utilize trails located in the Town of Cable for a charitable 6k trail run. The event would take place on April 27, 2013. 9. Recreational Use Request: North End Ski Club. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to utilize trails located in the Town of Cable for the North End Classic cross country ski race. The event would take place on February 10, 2013. 10. Recreational Use Request: American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to utilize trails located in the Town of Cable for the 40th annual American Birkebeiner, Kortelopet and Prince Haakon cross country ski events. The events would take place on February 23, 2013. 11. Recreational Use Request: American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to utilize trails located in the Town of Cable for the 4th annual BirkieTour cross country ski event. The event would take place on January 21, 2013. 12. Recreational Use Request: American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to utilize trails located in the Town of Cable for the 11th annual Birkie Trail Run & Trek events. The events would take place on September 21, 2013. 13. Access Permit Request: Ron Redwine. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to access property located in the Town of Hughes. 14. Access Permit Re-Route Request: Mike Hartmon. Discussion and possible action regarding request to re-route an existing access route in the Town of Orienta. 15. 2013 Work Plan. Discussion and possible action regarding the 2013 Bayfield County Forest work plan. 16. Withdrawal of County Forest Land From County Forest Law. Discussion and possible action regarding the withdrawal of approximately 3.27 acres of land located in the Town of Tripp. 17. General Discussion Items. Action as needed: a) New Storage Building. b) Red Cliff Presentation Update.
