The agenda for this meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order. 2. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 3. Approval of the February 18th Meeting Minutes. 4. Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible action on report(s) only. a) Forestry (all updates): a. 2019 Budget. b. County/DNR Time Standards. c. Stewardship Grant. b) Parks (update). c) Trails and Recreation (all updates): a. Motorized Trails. b. Non-Motorized Trails. c. Yurts. d. Events. e. FEMA Grant/Projects. i. Motorized Trails. ii. Discussion and possible action regarding a summary of Town Road Aid project proposals and the awarding of associated funds. 6. Trespass on County Forest Land. Discussion and possible action regarding a trespass on county forest land located near Long Lake in the Town of Iron River. 7. County Forest Law Withdrawal. Discussion and possible action regarding the withdrawal of approximately 0.30 acres of land from County Forest Law in the Town of Iron River. 8. Recreational Use Request. Chequamegon Area Mountain Bike Association (CAMBA). Discussion and possible action regarding a request to host the South Shore Enduro Bike Race on existing trails located near Mt. Ashwabay. The event would be held on August 23 and 24, 2019. 9. Joseph LeBouton, DNR Representative, Comments.
