The agenda for this meeting is as follows: 1.Call to Order. 2.Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 3.Approval of the June 10th Meeting Minutes. 4.Land Use Agreement/Lease. Xcel Energy. Discussion and possible action regarding a request by Xcel Energy to temporarily store utility poles at the Sand River Pit, in the Town of Bayfield. 5.Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible action on the report(s) only. a)Forestry (all updates): a.2019 Budget. b.Comprehensive Land Use Plan. c.Certification Audit. d.Oak Wilt. e.Trespass in Iron River. b)Parks (update). c)Trails and Recreation (all updates): a.Motorized Trails. b.Non-Motorized Trails.
