The agenda for this meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order. 2. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 3. Approval of the October 14th Meeting Minutes. 4. Fall Timber Sale Bid Opening. Discussion and action regarding the opening, recording and provisional awarding of the 2019 fall timber sales. 5. Presentation: Across the Pond Veterans Park. Jane Snilsberg, Treasurer. Discussion and possible action regarding the presentation, including a request for additional land in the Town of Hughes. 6. Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible action on the report(s) only. a) Forestry (all updates): a. 2019 Budget. b. 2019 Certification Audit Report. c. CFL Withdrawal/Trespass in Iron River. d. Jackman Lake Property Issue. b) Parks (update). Fire Hill. c. Yurts. d. Events. e. LCORP Update. f. FEMA Grant/Projects. i. Delta Landfill. 7. Recreational Use Request. Paula Waite, 180 Adventure, LLC. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to utilize county forest land and existing trails, in the Towns of Bayfield and Bayview, near Mt. Ashwabay, for the Stubborn Mule Adventure Race. The race would be held on June 27, 2020. 8. Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Discussion and possible action regarding the establishment of a general procedure for public input and participation as part of the plan revision process. 9. Joseph LeBouton, DNR Representative, Comments.
