This is the re-scheduled date of the meeting that was cancelled on December 9th. The agenda for this meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order. 2. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 3. Approval of the November 18th Meeting Minutes. 4. Resolution: Sale of land to the Across the Pond Veterans Park and Withdrawal from County Forest Law. Discussion and possible action regarding the resolution. 5. Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible action on the report(s) only. a) Forestry (all updates): a. 2019 Budget. b. 2019 Certification Audit Report (FSC). c. Trespass in Iron River. d. Jackman Lake Property Issue. e. Bibon Swamp Committee Meeting. f. Gypsy Moth Update. b) Parks (update). c) Trails and Recreation (all updates): a. Motorized Trails. Kevin Jacobson. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to access property located in the Town of Barnes. 7. 2019 Fall Timber Sale Summary. Discussion regarding the results of the 2019 fall timber sale offering, including the development of minimum bid prices. 8. 2019 Campground Summary. Discussion and possible action regarding a report highlighting campground achievements during the 2019 operating season. 9. Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Discussion and possible action regarding the planning process for, and preliminary revisions to, the 2021-2035 County Forest Comprehensive Land Use Plan. 10. 2020 Forestry and Parks Department Annual Work Plan. Discussion and possible action regarding the plan. 11. Recreational Use Request. American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to host the Seeley Hills Classic cross country ski race on January 18, 2020. 12. Joseph LeBouton, DNR Representative, Comments.
