Call to Order. 2. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 3. Approval of the November 9th Meeting Minutes. 4. Salvage Timber Sale Summary. Discussion and possible action regarding the results of a recent salvage timber sale offering, as well as the approval of a new salvage sale. 5. Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible action on the report(s) only. a) Forestry (all updates): a. 2020 Budget. b. 2020 Budget Amendment (potential). c. 2021 Annual Workplan (update). d. Carbon Offset/Marketing Project. Access Permit Request. Mark Bohm. Discussion and possible action regarding an access permit request located in the Town of Bayview. 7. Timber Sale Adjustments. Discussion and possible action regarding the potential for one-time adjustments to stumpage pricing and/or utilization specifications on eligible existing timber sales contracts. 8. Bayfield County Forest 2021-2035 Comprehensive Land Use Plan Revision. Discussion and possible action on the following items: a. Chapters 1000, 2000 and 3000. b. Remaining timeline. 9.
