The agenda for this meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order. 2. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 3. Approval of the March 8th Meeting Minutes. 4. Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible action on the report(s) only. a) Forestry (all updates): a. 2021 Budget. b. Carbon Project. c. Wildlife Monitoring Project. d. Stewardship Land Acquisition Project. e. Timber Professionals Cooperative Survey. f. 2021-2035 Comprehensive Land Use Plan. g. Trespass in the Town of Bayview. b) Parks (update). c) Trails and Recreation (all updates): a. Motorized Trails. b. Non-Motorized Trails. c. Yurts. d. Future Recreation Projects (Stimulus). e. Events. d) Delta Landfill (update). 5. Spring Timber Sale Offering. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval and offering for bids of the 2021 spring timber sales. 6. 2021 Town Road Aid Projects. Discussion and possible action regarding a summary of Town Road Aid project proposals and the awarding of associated funds. Update to the Bayfield County Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan 2020-2024. Discussion and possible action regarding an amendment to the Plan to include the following items: a. Across the Pond Veterans Park (Town of Hughes). b. Beaver Hollow Outdoor Education Area (Town of Russell). 9. Joseph LeBouton, DNR Representative, Comments.
