The Bayfield County Forestry and Parks Committee will meet on Monday, June 14th at 6:00 p.m. in the
County Board Room of the Courthouse in Washburn, Wisconsin. The agenda for this meeting is as
follows:
1. Call to Order.
2. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person.
3. Approval of the May 10th Meeting Minutes.
4. Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible
action on the report(s) only.
a) Forestry (all updates):
a. 2021 Budget.
b. 2022 Budget.
c. Carbon Project.
d. Wildlife Monitoring Project.
e. Across the Pond CFL Withdrawal.
f. Stewardship Project(s).
b) Campgrounds and Day Use Parks (update).
c) Trails and Recreation (all updates):
a. Motorized Trails.
i. Wally Polk Trail.
b. Non-Motorized Trails.
c. Yurts.
d. Events.
d) Delta Landfill (update).
5. Spring Timber Sale Re-Offer. Discussion and action regarding the results of the 2021 re-offered
spring timber sale bid opening.
6. Trespass on County Forest Land. Discussion and possible action regarding a trespass on county
forest land located in the Town of Bayview.

7. Resolution: County Forest Law Withdrawal and Land Transaction. Discussion and possible
action regarding the withdrawal of approximately 0.29 acres from County Forest Law, located in
the Town of Bayview, and sale of said land, to address a trespass.
8. Committee Members Discussion. Discussion regarding matters of the Forestry and Parks
Department.
9. Joseph LeBouton, DNR Representative, Comments.
