This meeting will be held in- person. The agenda for this meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order. 2. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 3. Approval of the March 14th Meeting Minutes. 4. Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible action on the report(s) only. a) Forestry (all updates): a. Office Manager Position. b. New Rec Position. c. Carbon Project. d. CFL Withdrawal – Red Cliff Land Sale (706 acres). e. Burns/Duquette Trespass Land Sale (0.29 acres). f. Stewardship Project(s). g. Emerald Ash Borer. h. 2021 Accomplishment Report. i. Sustainable Forestry Grant. j. DNR Audit. b) Campgrounds and Day Use Parks (update). c) Trails and Recreation (all updates): a. Motorized Trails. b. Non-Motorized Trails. i. Pratt’s Peak project. c. Yurts. d. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval and offering for bids of the 2022 spring timber sales. 6. 2022 Town Road Aid Projects. Discussion and possible action regarding a summary of Town Road Aid project proposals and the awarding of funds. 7. Recreational Use Request. Cable Area Resources in Emergency (C.A.R.E.). Discussion and possible action regarding a request to host the C.A.R.E. running event in the Town of Cable on July 4, 2022. 8. Committee Members Discussion. Discussion regarding matters of the Forestry and Parks Department. 9. Joseph LeBouton, DNR Representative, Comments.
