This meeting will be held in- person. The agenda for this meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order. 2. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 3. Approval of the May 9th Meeting Minutes. 4. Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible action on the report(s) only. a) Forestry (all updates): a. Carbon Project. b. Red Cliff Land Sale (706 acres). c. Burns/Duquette Trespass Land Sale (0.29 acres). d. Land Acquisition Project(s). i. Purchase Agreement w/ Trust for Public Land. ii. Stewardship Grant(s). iii. Community Forests Grant. e. DNR Audit Report. f. Xcel Energy Temporary Storage. b) Campgrounds and Day Use Parks (update). c) Trails and Recreation (all updates): a. Motorized Trails. b. Discussion and action regarding the results of the 2022 spring timber sale re-offer bid opening. 6. Resolution: Accepting a Gift of Land. Discussion and possible action regarding the acceptance of 160 acres located in the Town of Port Wing. 7. Access Permit Request. Dave and Joy Verfuerth. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to access private property located in the Town of Bayview. 8. Access Permit Request. Chris Gmeinder. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to access private property located in the Town of Bayview. 9. Recreational Use Request. American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation (ABSF). Discussion and possible action regarding a request to construct new mountain bike and cross-country ski trails in the Town of Cable. 10. Recreational Use Request. Chequamegon Area Mountain Bike Association (CAMBA). Discussion and possible action regarding a request to construct new mountain bike trails in the Town of Cable. 11. Committee Members Discussion.
