This meeting will be held in- person. The agenda for this meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order. 2. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 3. Approval of the June 13th Meeting Minutes. 4. Recreational Use Request. CAMBA. Discussion and possible action regarding a proposal to permit the use of Class 1 E-bikes on mountain bike trails. 5. Land Use Request. Washburn Valhellers Snowmobile Club. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to construct a groomer building on county forest land in the Town of Bayview. 6. Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible action on the report(s) only. a) Forestry (all updates): a. Carbon Project. i. Audit. ii. Access Permit Request. Eric Bignell. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to access private property located in the Town of Iron River. 9. County Conservation Aid Grant. Discussion and possible action regarding the annual application for the 50/50 cost share State grant. 10. Event Request. Hayward Lions Club. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to host the 41st annual Pre-Birkie Cross-Country Ski Race on February 11, 2023 in the Town of Cable. 11. Committee Members Discussion.
