If you are unable to attend this meeting, please call the Health Department and let me know. Any person wishing to attend who, because of a disability, requires special accommodations, should contact the Bayfield County Health Department office at 715-373-6109, at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time, so appropriate arrangements can be made. *** AGENDA *** 1. Call the Meeting to Order 2. Approval of June 15, 2015 Meeting Minutes 3. Public Comment 4. Adoption of Agenda 5. Presentation of Bayfield County Food Inspection Program Survey Data The sanitarians have completed a survey of the inspection program. Summary data will be presented to the Board. Presented by Anne-Marie Coy, RS. 6. Ground Water Sampling Project Discussion of decisions on what the process will be, advertising and next steps to complete the work by the November deadline. Presented by Michelle Dale, RS 7. Review 2016 Proposed Budget 2016 proposed budget will be presented and discussed with the Board. Program changes and staffing needs will be discussed. 8. Review 2015 Second Quarter Budget Report 9. Annual Report The 2014 Health Department Annual Report will be presented to the Board. 10. Human Health Hazard Ordinance Discussion Comparison of State Statute 254 and local ordinance draft will be presented for discussion. 11. Smoke Free (e-cigarette) Ordinance Discussion will continue with examples from Emily White, Campaign Specialist with the American Cancer Society 12. Next Meeting Date: 13. Other Issues 14.
