FAMILY SUPPORT PROGRAM ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Iron River
Tuesday, August 13th, 2013 at 10:00 am
Committee Members Present: Ann Glavan, Lona Schmidt, Shelli Listing, and Mary Lou Jahr.
Committee Members Absent: Renea Woerle and Barb Gadbois.
Staff Present: Jeanne Waters.
Call to order: The meeting was called to order by Lona at 10:20 a.m. and introductions were made.
Adoption of 5/14/2013 minutes: Ann made a motion to approve the minutes; Shelli seconded;
motion carried.
Family Support Funding: There is still a waiting list for Bayfield County’s Family Support Program.
Family Support Manual Update: No new updates in Family Support Manual/Policies/Procedures
at this time.
Parent Liason Information: No new information was introduced.
Other: Discussion was held on what Committee members would like to receive information on.
Requests included: the Birth to Three program; a FSP waiting list report; specialty speakers at the
meetings; and a description of what Jeanne Waters, the new FSP Coordinator, is learning on the job
Future Meetings: The next FSPAC meeting is scheduled for November 12, 2013.
Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 10:50am.
