RE: December 12, 2017 CCOP Advisory Committee meeting.
Dear Committee Members:
Please be advised that the quarterly meeting of the Children’s Community Options Program Advisory
Committee will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room B located
in the lower level of the County Courthouse.
The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

3. Discussion and Possible Action of the Review and possible revision of the CCOP Annual Plan Update
– due to DHS on 12/15/2017
