The meeting was called to order by Chairman Rusty Williams at 5:02 p.m. Members present were: Shawn Miller, Rusty Williams, Brett Rondeau and Dennis Pocernich Absent was Harold Maki Also present were Mark Ables-Allison, Bayfield County Administrator; Scott Galetka, Bayfield County Land Records Administrator; Lynn Divine, Bayfield County Real Property Lister and Perri Shuga, Bayfield County Tax Deed Clerk. 2.Motion regarding minutes of the October 28, 2014 meeting. A motion was made by Pocernich seconded by Rondeau to approve the October 28 minutes as presented. Motion Carried. 3.Discussion and Possible Action regarding County Land Sales of Parcel ID Numbers 2726; 6041; 5197; 8987; 34659; 20455; 20499; 30456; 32609; 32964; 35352 and 33719. Galetka gave a brief summary of each parcel. Motion to proceed with sale preparation by Pocernich, seconded by Miller. Motion carried 4.Discussion and possible action regarding Highway parcels for sale, Lake Namakagon. Four lots have been created and are identified as Certified Survey Map #1903. Motion by Miller, seconded by Pocernich to authorize the sale of the lots through McKinney Realty. Motion carried. 5.Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Chequamegon Humane Association Land Sale. The proposed property is located in the SE NW of Section 11, Township 47 North, Range 5 West in the Town on Eileen. The Property is more particularly described on the attached survey map, labeled Attachment A. The property will be given to the Chequamegon Humane Association with the stipulations that the proposed kennels would be completed by the year 2016, there will be no subdividing of the parcel, and animals will be fenced in. The Chequamegon Humane Association will pay all costs for transferring the land. Motion to approve with the above stipulations by Rondeau seconded by Miller. Motion Carried. Abeles-Allison stated that since the parcel is currently zoned Agricultural, three rezoning options are: a) Request a Conditional Use Permit; b) Rezone to land to Commercial, or c) Rezone the entire lot to Industrial. Motion by Pocernich seconded by Rondeau to recommend to the County Board that the land be given a Conditional Use Permit for the purpose of a Kennel. Motion carried.
