Miller stated that all property trades should be handled in the same manner, giving an example of the Grand View garage. Abeles-Allison also stated that properties can be sold by public auction and municipalities can also make requests; one option would be to ask the City to have their sales at the same time so one purchaser could buy all of the property. Galetka added that this is a nice parcel with good value. Abeles-Allison stated that the City of Washburn was helpful with providing utilities in the area around the Forestry garage. Miller stated that a good deal was made with another parcel and Abeles-Allison replied that the parcel was sold. Meeting Adjourned at 5:23 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Carmen Novak GIS Technician
