Please be advised that the Bayfield County Development and Land Sales Committee
will meet on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 4:30 pm, in the Emergency Operations
Center (EOC), Bayfield County Annex, Washburn, WI. The agenda for the meeting is
as follows:
AGENDA
1. Call to Order
2. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Minutes of the January 21, 2013 meeting.
3. The Committee may go in/out of executive session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute
§19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchase/sale of public
properties.
4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Ag Station Property- Chuck Porter of
Superior Saunas.
5. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Sale of 4.25 acres Forestry Land SW ¼ SW
¼ Section 33, Township 48, Range 8 West.
6. Adjourn
