Please be advised that the Bayfield County Development and Land Sales Committee
will meet on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 11:00 am, in the Emergency Operations Center
(EOC) Bayfield County Annex, Washburn, WI. The agenda for the meeting is as
follows:
AGENDA
1. Call to Order
2. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Minutes of the May 7, 2013 meeting.
3. The committee may enter in and out of closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute
19.85(1)(e ) for the purpose of approval of closed session minutes from the May 7,
2013 Development & Land Sales Committee meeting, potential sale of parcel 04-020-
2-47-05-11-2-02-000-12000 (Ag Station parcel), and potential acquisition of land for a
new Forestry Building.
4. Discussion and Possible Action on Transfer of Delinquent Tax transfer, City of
Bayfield Parcels (Tax ID 31714 & 31806).
5. Reports:
a. Port Wing Delinquent Property Tax Sale
b.Ag Station property sale to Superior Sauna
6. Adjourn
