Please be advised that the Bayfield County Development and Land Sales Committee will
meet on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at 3:00pm, in the Emergency Operations Center
(EOC) Bayfield County Annex, Washburn, WI. The agenda for the meeting is as
follows:

AGENDA
1.Call to Order
2.Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Minutes of the July 2, 2013 meeting.
3.Discussion and possible action regarding the sale of Parcels taken In Rem 2013 and the
sale of these parcels during summer/fall 2014. Authorization is needed to begin the
process of notification to the respective townships and DNR, and commence with
abstract reports. Parcels are as follows:
Town of Barnes
Tax ID #1112, 1113, 1114, 1117. (note: The Forestry Department is interested in these four
parcels for county forest purposes, we recommend not putting these parcels up for sale,
instead we should transfer to the forestry department for county forest management.

Auction Sales:
