Please be advised that the Bayfield County Development and Land Sales Committee will meet
on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. in the Bayfield County Board Room,
Bayfield County Courthouse, Washburn, WI. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
AGENDA
1. Call to Order
2. Discussion and possible action regarding minutes of the December 2, 2019 meeting.
3. Discussion and possible action regarding a request from Debra Anderson to redeem her
parcel which was foreclosed on this past December – Tax ID #4133
4. Discussion and possible action regarding large amounts of special assessments placed on
the parcel by the municipalities for properties that come back to the county in foreclosure.
5. Discussion and Possible Action regarding approval to sell at appraised value the following
parcels taken IN REM on December 17, 2019:
