Dear Committee Members: Please be advised that the monthly meeting of the Bayfield County Department of Human Services Board will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Due to COVID19 and the pandemic, a remote meeting will originate from the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) of the Courthouse Annex Building, Washburn Wisconsin. Due to COVID19 and in the interest of public safety, please attend remotely, if possible. Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Recertification and Future Goals – Report on the CCS program recertification process, results, and future goals. 9. Discussion and Possible Action – Electronic Messaging and Mobile Device Policy – Draft policy included in the packet for approval. 10. Wisconsin Counties Association (WCA) Human Services Issue Papers 2021 – A copy of the issues WCA intends to lobby on in the upcoming year. 11. Discussion and Possible Action – Resolution No. 2021-01 Resolution to Support Increased Funding for Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC) – WCA has requested all counties support this resolution to increase funding statewide for Aging and Disability Resource Centers. 12. Social Worker Increases – At their January 7, 2021 meeting, the Personnel Committee passed a motion to increase all the Social Worker positions (I, II, and III) by one Grade in 2021. 13. 2022 Budget Memo – December 6, 2020 memo from the County Administrator is included in the packet for discussion. 14.
