This meeting will be held in-person. The agenda for this meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order. 2. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 3. Approval of the November 14th Meeting Minutes. 4. Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible action on the report(s) only. a) Forestry (all updates): a. Carbon Project. b. Forest Carbon Offset Reserve Fund (FCOR). c. Land Acquisition Project(s). d. 2023 Workplan. b) Campgrounds and Day Use Parks (update). c) Trails and Recreation (all updates): a. Motorized Trails. b. Non-Motorized Trails. c. Pigeon Lake. d. Yurts. e. Events. d) Delta Landfill (update). 5. Resolution. County Forest Law Withdrawal and Land Transaction. Discussion and possible action regarding the withdrawal of approximately 0.05 acres from County Forest Law, located in the Town of Hughes, and sale of said land, to address an encroachment. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to host the Ski de She Camp and Race event, in the Town of Cable, on January 27-29, 2023. 7. Forestry and Parks Department - Recreation Direction and Visioning. Discussion regarding the short and long-terms goals of the Forestry and Parks Department’s recreation program. 8. Committee Members Discussion. Discussion regarding matters of the Forestry and Parks Department. 9. Joseph LeBouton, DNR Representative, Comments.
