This meeting will be held in- person. The agenda for this meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order. 2. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 3. Approval of the December 12th Meeting Minutes. 4. Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible action on the report(s) only. a) Forestry (all updates): a. Carbon Project. b. Forest Carbon Offset Reserve Fund (FCOR). c. Land Acquisition Project(s). d. Encroachment in Town of Hughes. b) Campgrounds and Day Use Parks (update). c) Trails and Recreation (all updates): a. Motorized Trails. b. Non-Motorized Trails. c. Yurts. d. Events. d) Delta Landfill (update). 5. Special Use Request. Across the Pond Veterans Park. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to harvest fill material located in the Town of Hughes for use in the Park. 6. Resolution. 2022 Year End Budget Amendment. Discussion and possible action regarding year end amendments to the 2022 Forestry and Parks Department operating budget. Discussion and possible action regarding the 2023 Forestry and Parks Department annual work plan. 8. Resolution: Purchase of roughly 1,580 acres in the Town of Clover. 9. Committee Members Discussion. Discussion regarding matters of the Forestry and Parks Department. 10. Joseph LeBouton, DNR Representative, Comments.
