Learn why this is important Hello Tracy, 1 Thanks for the clarification...! re-did the impervious form, see attached. This would put me in mitigation (23.5%), which understand. So what is my next move?I know I need to fill out additional forms and be in contact with the county mitigation individual, and go through some impervious land improvements, which I have no issues doing. Learn why this is importantll Hi Tracy, From the last survey map, I used 115.81 x 109.47 length and width of my property lines...then I went and "wheeled it" with my measuring wheel to make sure I wasn't far off. This is how I got 13,340. Not sure where the 9,286 came from? My guess is this is what the County shows? I didn't include driving surface because I have no plans to pour concrete driveway....Eventually a small class 5 apron.....But that will be after new septic system(l have already had a site check with a contractor on that, and new home eventually). So what is my next step?
