Northern Lights Overview. • Non-Profit Nursing Home • Facility owned by Bayfield County, Leased to Northern Lights • 65 bed nursing facility, recently changed to 50 beds. • 18 Bed Assisted Living Comparison of Facility Types in Wisconsin: Non-profits make up 93 of the 341 nursing homes in Wisconsin. 27%. 6. Bayfield County Human Services will share how they contract with nursing homes in the region and what potential services they could contract for in the future. 9. Individual repairs quoted as needed. Captial Improvements: 5 years • Tunnel/New building basement repair - Dig up and reseal basement/tunnel - Previous quotes approximately $180,000 • Control Update on upstairs air handlers - 3 air handlers to be updated - Previous quotes at roughly $15,000 per unit • Control update on resident room radiator controls - Previous quotes approximately $1000-$2000 per room. - 45 resident rooms plus common area controls - Total $45,000-$90,000 plus common areas • Roof Inspection - Potential repair/replace
