BOARD ROOM, COUNTY COURTHOUSE WASHBURN, WISCONSIN The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to the following: A petition by Karl Kastrosky, Director of Planning and Zoning, on behalf of the Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee, requesting amendments to the Bayfield County Zoning Code to create a provision regarding the reconstruction and restoration of nonconforming structures and parts thereof that have been damaged or destroyed by violent wind, vandalism, fire, flood, ice, snow, mold or infestation. Copies of the petition and proposed amendments are available via website: www.bayfieldcounty.org/zoning-meetings.asp or upon request from the Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Office in Washburn, WI. Immediately following the public hearing, the Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee may approve, modify and approve, or disapprove the proposed amendments and formulate and adopt its recommendations to the Bayfield County Board of Supervisors with respect thereof. Daren and Lonnie Zifko request a conditional use permit to establish and operate a bulk storage facility (i.e. LP, diesel, & gasoline) and related facilities to include a 12,000 gallon tank with an option of up to seven additional tanks. Their property is a 2-acre parcel (part of ID #04- 020-2-47-05-33-4-03-000-10000), described as the 660’ West of the SE corner of the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ to point of beginning thence North 360’ from centerline of Hwy 118, thence West 250’, thence South 360’ to centerline of Hwy 118, thence East to the point of beginning (approximately 90,000 sq ft), Section 33, Township 47 North, Range 5 West, Town of Eileen, Bayfield County, WI All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard. Immediately after the public hearing, the Planning and Zoning Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting.
