BOARD ROOM, COUNTY COURTHOUSE WASHBURN, WISCONSIN The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 4:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to the following: Rick Gruel is petitioning for a zoning district map amendment on two parcels of land. Parcel (1) is a 1.47-acre parcel (part of Tax ID #9970), described as a parcel of land in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼, in Section 36, Township 43 North, Range 8 West; and Parcel (2) is a 0.06-acre parcel (part of Tax ID #9970), described as a parcel of land in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼, in Section 25, Township 43 North, Range 8 West, both in Town of Cable, Bayfield County, WI from Ag-1 to Commercial. Metes and bounds & easement description(s) available in Planning and Zoning Department. Lois Beaudreau, Robert Terrel and Robert Andersen, owners are petitioning for a zoning district map amendment. The substandard parcel is a 0.57-acre parcel (Tax ID #10784), described as the Westerly 125’ of Lots 5-8, Block 1, Village of Cable, Section 18, Township 43 North, Range 7 West, Town of Cable, Bayfield County, WI from R-1 to Commercial. Town of Tripp, owner and Scott Hipsher, agent are petitioning for a zoning district map amendment located in a shoreland/wetland zone. The parcel(s) are a 4.12-acre parcel (Tax ID #30308), described as two (2) parcels located in the SW ¼ of the SE ¼, Section 20, Township 48 North, Range 8 West, Town of Tripp, Bayfield County, WI from Commercial to Municipal. (* Note: parcels within one thousand (1,000) feet landward of the ordinary high water mark of navigable lakes, ponds or flowages or within three hundred (300) feet landward of the ordinary high water mark of navigable rivers or streams or to the landward side of the floodplain, whichever distance is greater is deemed a shoreland and/or wetland zone.
