BAYFIELD COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE
MARCH 20, 2014 AT 4:00 P.M.
BOARD ROOM, COUNTY COURTHOUSE
WASHBURN, WISCONSIN
The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of
Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at 4:00 P.M. in the
Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to the
following:
Ronald J. & Joyce M Soper, owners and Thomas Schneller, agent request a
conditional use permit to construct and operate a marina and maintenance facility
(consisting of 50 parking spaces; 55,000 sq. ft. marina; 27,000 sq. ft. office and
maintenance building(s); and 2 acres of outside storage on their 13.64–acre parcel (Tax
ID# 4290), described as a parcel in Gov’t Lot 1 and S 70’ of N 300’ of S 957’ of Gov’t Lot
1, East of Road in V. 521 P. 103, in Section 07, Township 50 North, Range 3 West,
Town of Bayfield, Bayfield County, WI.
All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard. Any person wishing
to attend who, because of a disability, requires special accommodations, should contact
the Planning and Zoning office at 373-6138, at least 24 hours before the scheduled
meeting time, so appropriate arrangements can be made. Immediately after the public
hearing, the Planning and Zoning Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting.
