BAYFIELD COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE
APRIL 16, 2015 AT 1:00 P.M.

WASHBURN, WISCONSIN
The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of
Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. in the
Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to the
following:
(Correction of) Ronald Smith petitioning for a zoning district map amendment located
in a shoreland/wetland zone. The parcel is a 0.31-acre parcel (Tax ID #33924)
described as CSM# 983, Section 35, Township 45 North, Range 8 West, Town of
Drummond, Bayfield County, WI from Forestry-2 (F-2) to Residential-1 (R-1). (* Note:
parcels within one thousand (1,000) feet landward of the ordinary high water mark of navigable lakes, ponds or
flowages or within three hundred (300) feet landward of the ordinary high water mark of navigable rivers or streams or
to the landward side of the floodplain, whichever distance is greater is deemed a shoreland and/or wetland zone).
Metes and bounds & easement description(s) available in Planning and Zoning Department.
All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard. Any person wishing
to attend who, because of a disability, requires special accommodations, should contact
the Planning and Zoning office at 373-6138, at least 24 hours before the scheduled
meeting time, so appropriate arrangements can be made. Immediately after the public
hearing, the Planning and Zoning Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting.

The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee may entertain a motion to move in
and out of Executive Session pursuant to §19.85(1)(c); (c) Considering employment,
promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over
which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
