BAYFIELD COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE
SEPTEMBER 17, 2015 AT 4:00 P.M.
BOARD ROOM, COUNTY COURTHOUSE
WASHBURN, WISCONSIN
The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of
Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 4:00 P.M. in
the Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to
the following:
Town of Clover/Cemetery, owner and Beverly Steele, agent request a conditional
use permit to recognize and expand the existing cemetery. Property is described as a
5.0–acre parcel (Tax ID# 11515) and a 1.0-acre parcel (Tax ID# 11516), both parcels
are described as two parcels in part of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ in Vol. 66 P.323 and Vol.
71 P.165, Section 10, Township 50 North, Range 7 West, Town of Clover, Bayfield
County, WI.
All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard. Any person wishing
to attend who, because of a disability, requires special accommodations, should contact
the Planning and Zoning office at 373-6138, at least 24 hours before the scheduled
meeting time, so appropriate arrangements can be made. Immediately after the public
hearing, the Planning and Zoning Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting.

The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee may entertain a motion to move in and out
of Executive Session pursuant to:
§19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or
written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it
is or is likely to become involved.
