BOARD ROOM, COUNTY COURTHOUSE WASHBURN, WISCONSIN The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to the following: Judy Sandstrom, owner and Jeremy Tucek, agent request a conditional use permit for multiple-unit dwellings [2 existing] structures (i.e. house and motel) to operate short- term and long-term rental(s). Property is a 3.01–acre parcel (Tax ID# 8754) in V. 1144 P. 463, described as Lot 3B of CSM# 203 in V. 2 P. 249, Section 16, Township 43 North, Range 7 West, Town of Cable, Bayfield County, WI. Included in this request will be the requirement(s) of the EIA, which will be addressed separately. All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard. Any person wishing to attend who, because of a disability, requires special accommodations, should contact the Planning and Zoning office at 373-6138, at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time, so appropriate arrangements can be made.
