BAYFIELD COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE
JANUARY 19, 2017 AT 4:00 P.M.

WASHBURN, WISCONSIN
The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of
Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. in the
Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to the
following:
Lauren Grevich request a conditional use permit to operate a restaurant and bar.
Property is a 7.0–acre parcel (Tax ID# 24855) described as a parcel in the SE ¼ of the
NE ¼, E of Co Hwy D and N of Co Hwy M in V.1165 P.243, in Section 23, Township 43
North, Range 6 West, Town of Namakagon, Bayfield County, WI.
A petition by Robert Schierman, Director of Planning and Zoning, on behalf of the
Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee, requesting amendments to the
Bayfield County Zoning Code, including the following:
1. Creation of Section 13-1-41(i) and 13-1-41A(e) to establish rules and
procedures for refilings/reconsiderations and rehearings before the Bayfield
County Planning and Zoning Committee.
Copies of the petition and proposed amendments are available upon request
from the Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Office in Washburn, Wisconsin.
All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard. Any person wishing
to attend who, because of a disability, requires special accommodations, should contact
the Planning and Zoning office at 373-6138, at least 24 hours before the scheduled
meeting time, so appropriate arrangements can be made. Immediately after the public
hearing, the Planning and Zoning Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting.
