APRIL 20, 2017 AT 4:00P.M.

WASHBURN, WISCONSIN
The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of
Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. in the
Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to the
following:
Gregory Carrier request an expansion of his conditional use permit (#93-2053) to
construct two (2) additional mini-storage structures classified under--Storage (Campers,
Boats, Mini-Storage, etc.). Property is a 17.30–acre parcel (Tax ID# 4867) described as
W 17.3A of the SE ¼ of the NE 1/4 in V. 602 P. 19, in Section 22, Township 50 North,
Range 4 West, Town of Bayfield, Bayfield County, WI.
Adrien Cady request an After-the-Fact conditional use permit to have multiple
(residential) principal structures in a commercial zone (consisting of a rental home and
owners occupied residence). Property is a 1.36–acre parcel (Tax ID# 85) described as
Lot 2 of CSM# 502, in V. 1130 P. 478, in Section 18, Township 48 North, Range 4 West,
Town of Barksdale, Bayfield County, WI.
All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard. Any person wishing
to attend who, because of a disability, requires special accommodations, should contact
the Planning and Zoning office at 373-6138, at least 24 hours before the scheduled
meeting time, so appropriate arrangements can be made. Immediately after the public
hearing, the Planning and Zoning Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting.
