BAYFIELD COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE
OCTOBER 19, 2017 AT 4:00 P.M.
BOARD ROOM, COUNTY COURTHOUSE
WASHBURN, WISCONSIN
The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of
Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. in the
Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to the
following:
David and Mary Tillmans request a conditional use permit (in a shoreland) to continue
operation of an existing marina. Property is a 3.89–acre parcel (Tax ID# 36258)
described as a parcel North and West of River in Gov’t Lot 2 in V. 702 P. 227 & V. 55 P.
490 (includes Outlot 2-CSM#1755 in V. 1067 P. 500), in Section 34, Township 51 North,
Range 6 West, Town of Bell, Bayfield County, WI.
All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard. Any person wishing
to attend who, because of a disability, requires special accommodations, should contact
the Planning and Zoning office at 373-6138, at least 24 hours before the scheduled
meeting time, so appropriate arrangements can be made. Immediately after the public
hearing, the Planning and Zoning Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting.
