BOARD ROOM, COUNTY COURTHOUSE WASHBURN, WISCONSIN The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to the following: Bayfield Electric Cooperative, owner and Diane Berweger, agent are petitioning for a zoning district map amendment with wetlands present. The parcel is a 0.904-acre parcel (Tax ID #20740) described as Subdivision of NE SW Lot 2, Exc E 100’, in V. 721 P. 28-30, Section 8, Township 47 North, Range 8 West, Town of Iron River, Bayfield County, WI from Industrial (I) to Commercial (C). Metes and bounds description(s) available in Planning and Zoning Department. Town of Lincoln, owner and James Erickson, agent are requesting an after-the-fact conditional use permit to operate a non-metallic mine. Property is described as a 40–acre parcel (Tax ID# 22700), described as the NW ¼ of the NW ¼, Section 16, Township 45 North, Range 5 West, Town of Lincoln, Bayfield County, WI. Included in this request will be the requirement(s) of the reclamation plan, which will be addressed separately. A petition by Robert Schierman, Director of Planning and Zoning, on behalf of the Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee, requesting an amendment to the Bayfield County Zoning Code of Ordinance, including the following: 1. To replace existing Section 13-2-11(b)(2)a. with the Drummond Mill Pond Dam Failure Analysis, approved by the DNR November 11, 2013; and to renumber existing Section 13-2- 11(b)(2)a-f. as new Section 13-2-11(b)(2)a-g.
