BOARD ROOM, COUNTY COURTHOUSE WASHBURN, WISCONSIN The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to the following: Brett & Ann Tully request a conditional use permit (in shoreland with wetlands) to operate a Short-Term Rental Accommodation (2-4 units) consisting of Cabin 1 with 2 decks and Cabin 2 with 1 deck (60’x25’). Property is three (3) parcels. Parcel #1 is an R-RB zoning district—0.21–acre parcel (Tax ID# 12362), described as a Subdivision of Lot 2 of Robert Bartlett Jr 2nd Addition W 10’ of Lot 1 & 2 in Doc. # 2018R-574762; Parcel #2 is an R-RB zoning district—0.17–acre parcel (Tax ID# 12363), described as a Subdivision of Lot 2 of Robert Bartlett Jr 2nd Addition Lot 3 in Doc. # 2018R-574762; and Parcel #3 is an R-RB zoning district—0.0.17–acre parcel (Tax ID# 12364), described as a Subdivision of Lot 2 of Robert Bartlett Jr 2nd Addition Lot 4 in Doc. # 2018R-574762; all are in Section 8, Township 50 North, Range 7 West, Town of Clover, Bayfield County, WI. All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard.
