The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of
Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. in the
Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to the
following:
Joanne Siroin (et al) request an (after-the-fact) conditional use permit for multiple
structures on a parcel that cannot be subdivided (consisting of: 1-story garage (28 x 40)
with (12 x 12 dormer) converted to a residence and a 1-story residence (40 x 28) with
dormer (12 x 12) and 2-decks (12 x 16 & 4 x 30). Property is Forestry-One (F-1); a 5.0-
acre parcel (Tax ID# 31133); described as a parcel in the SW ¼ of the SE ¼, in Section
32, Township 49 North, Range 5 West, Town of Washburn, Bayfield County, WI.
Nathan & Char Johnson, owners & Michael Furtak, agent are request a conditional
use permit to operate a microbrewery with a tasting room. Property is Commercial (C);
a 0.448–acre parcel (Tax ID# 20550); described as Lots 6-13, Block 1, Pettingills
Second Addition to Town of Iron River in Doc.# 2015R-558540 V. 1141 P. 623-624,
Section 7, Township 47 North, Range 8 West, Town of Iron River, Bayfield County, WI.
