BAYFIELD COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE
DECEMBER 19, 2019 AT 4:00 P.M.

The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of
Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. in
the Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to
the following:
Tanya M Hexum requests a conditional use permit for Multiple Residences (2) on a
parcel in Commercial Zoning, that can’t be subdivided, and to use the two residences for
Short Term Rental Accommodations (2-4 Units). Owner wishes to convert an existing
commercial building to a residence, in addition to the existing residence on the parcel.
Property is a .287–acre parcel (Tax ID# 20251); described as Lots 22-26, inclusive,
Block 1, Hessey’s Addition in Doc.# 2011R-537215 V. 1057 P. 695, Section 8, Township
47 North, Range 8 West, Town of Iron River, Bayfield County, WI.

All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard. Any person wishing
